We’re hiring a Retail National Account Manager to take full ownership of TP-Link’s business with Costco. This role is critical to our retail growth strategy and is designed for someone who can hit the ground running, build deep partnerships with Costco’s teams, and execute both in-store and online programs with precision.

The primary focus is Costco—but as this program matures and scales, this role may expand to include other strategic retail partners. We're looking for someone who’s ready to lead, grow, and evolve with us.

You will be responsible for expanding shelf assortment and maintaining ecommerce assortments, content and pricing while helping TP-Link evolve into an even stronger organization as we outpace industry growth. The retail team is looking for a passionate sales person wanting to make a BIG difference.

Job Responsibilities

Retail National Account Manager Own and Grow the Costco Account

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Costco buyers and merchant teams.
  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution for all Costco channels—warehouse, Costco.com, and any specialty or seasonal programs.
  • Drive product assortment expansion, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars.
  • Analyze and monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and forecasting to ensure optimal stock health and delivery timelines.
  • Build and deliver impactful business reviews using data from NPD, Costco POS, and internal reporting tools.
  • Track competitor activity within Costco and provide strategic insights to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate internally with Sales Ops, Marketing, Planning, and Logistics to deliver on Costco initiatives seamlessly.
  • Competitive Analysis: Track promotions of competition at selected accounts. Ask detailed questions to better understand competitions performance

Future Expansion to Additional Retail Accounts

As Costco performance stabilizes, you may take on additional national or regional retailers to drive broader growth.

Apply best practices and processes developed during the Costco ramp-up to future accounts.

Participate in shaping the long-term retail strategy alongside sales leadership.

Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Experience calling on Costco is a must
  • Bachelor's degree required (business and/or analytical discipline preferred)
  • 7-10 years of professional work experience working in sales or analytics
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams
  • Personal time management skills and proven ability to meet timelines
  • Proficient computer skills - MS Office, SAP; advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in English
  • Team/collaboration-based approach to decision making; detail oriented and excellent follow up; high drive for results and takes initiative.
  • Focused on taking initiative to solve problems and create positive results
  • Solid troubleshooting and organizational skills.
  • Operational agility and nimbleness to adapt to changing retail environment.
  • Grit- Focus to achieve long term goals through by combining skill and effort. Must possess the drive to do more.
  • Experience with proprietary retail software or interface i.e. Retail Link

Salary range: $120K - $150K annually
