- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development or product partnerships in the Consumer Electronics, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience with licensing agreements.
- JD, MBA, or equivalent degree.
- Experience in Partner Management or Business Development in online advertising, data onboarding, or AdTech.
- Experience identifying partners, and analyzing and structuring complex agreements, with experience in negotiation and execution.
- Ability to balance competing tasks and manage multiple time-sensitive projects/agreements in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
- Ability to take initiative and be entrepreneurial solutions-oriented, creative, open-minded, and collaborative. Ability to grow in a team environment.
- Excellent problems solving skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Create and manage partnerships to unlock and optimize user experiences tied to locations on Search.
- Negotiate, launch, and implement new partnerships that are set up for continued success through interaction with critical cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., onboarding, activation).
- Manage and optimize ongoing partnership execution and maintain operational excellence (e.g., establishing success metrics and enabling partners to achieve them, enforcing service level agreements, tracking and processing payments, and reporting on key metrics).
- Escalate operational issues and present recommendations to the management team.
- Drive strategic partnership growth plans, keep all stakeholders informed on key developments, and bring new opportunities to the partnership.
