Job Posting Title: Manager, Business Integration and Communications, Disney Signature Experiences Req ID: 10129412 Job Description: As the Manager of Business Integration and Communications for Disney Signature Experiences, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing project integration strategies that advance the broader business objectives of Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and National Geographic Expeditions. In this role, you will lead a team of salaried and hourly employees responsible for driving the integration and communication of key projects, operational enhancements, and process improvements across all three business lines. Through your leadership, you will provide oversight, alignment, and prioritization of Customer & Trade Experience initiatives by identifying emerging opportunities, managing competing priorities, and fostering collaborative solutions. With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and strategic alignment, you will propel project integration efforts forward and position the organization for continued success in a dynamic and evolving environment. The Manager, Business Integration & Communications will report to the Senior Manager of Business Integration & Communications and sits in Celebration, FL.

  • This is an on-site role based in Celebration, FL and relocation will not be available for this position. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly employees responsible for the integration and communication of projects, operational changes, and process improvements across Commercial Strategy functional teams for Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and National Geographic Expeditions. Oversee the development and execution of project integration strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, standards, specifications, and timelines in collaboration with senior management and partners. Monitor project performance, identify variances or inefficiencies, and ensure integration leaders provide regular status updates while managing scope and mitigating risks. Serve as a strategic partner and liaison with operational leaders and stakeholders, resolving escalated project issues and fostering collaboration across functions. Govern project integration standards and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Plan, sequence, and align project initiatives and communications, leveraging project calendars to support launches and business priorities. Measure and analyze the impact of project integration initiatives, refining strategies to optimize engagement and results. Ensure team compliance with training requirements, PCI and RIM standards, and manage onboarding and development plans for new team members. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or operational technology strategies, with proven success leading and developing teams, including setting performance standards and guiding through change. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data, draw actionable conclusions, and present recommendations to diverse audiences. Ability to translate project vision into actionable plans that deliver measurable outcomes. Demonstrated success in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership, decision-making, and business acumen, applying analytics, experience, and sound judgment to drive results. Intellectually curious, with the ability to challenge assumptions and explore innovative solutions. Skilled at providing constructive feedback and addressing difficult situations while maintaining positive working relationships. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to embrace evolving technologies, processes, and work methods. Preferred Qualifications: 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in the cruise, travel, hospitality, or airline industries, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams of salaried and hourly employees. Familiarity with Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, or National Geographic Expeditions operations, policies, and organizational structure. Proven experience driving strategic initiatives, influencing stakeholders at multiple levels, and leading complex projects across multiple business lines. Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or guest-facing industries, with a focus on operational excellence and customer experience. Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Organizational Leadership or related field or equivalent work experience. Preferred Education: Preferred Certification in a project management methodology such as SCRUM, PMP, or Six Sigma.
