We are currently looking to expand our team with a select group of dedicated Chat Support Representatives who will provide exceptional customer support through email and live chat channels. This position offers an hourly rate and requires a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, with additional opportunities for overtime during the bustling holiday season.

As a Chat Support Representative, your main responsibility will involve engaging with customers online using chat software akin to Facebook Messenger. Equipped with the comprehensive Knowledge Base at your disposal, you will be able to promptly address straightforward inquiries regarding our wide range of products and services. In many instances, you will have the convenience of utilizing pre-existing answers by simply copying and pasting them to ensure efficient and accurate responses.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $25 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
