Annual salary: £21223 - We empower our people: You’ll be part of a close-knit, self-steered team. No problem. We hire based on values and personality traits and provide and pay for all the training that you need to excel, including a trusty handbook on effective self-management. - We provide personal development opportunities: If there’s something you want to learn more of, tell us. We offer different opportunities within the company and access to training for you to continuously develop your knowledge and skills. For example, we’re currently working with universities to offer a fully-funded Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care. - We pay a mileage allowance: As you’ll be travelling to and from visits in your own car we contribute to your petrol expense with an allowance of 45p per mile.
