Parcel Route Agent

- Organize and load parcels efficiently for assigned delivery routes
- Deliver packages promptly and safely to residential and business addresses
- Scan, verify, and record delivery status using USPS-approved handheld devices
- Maintain accurate route logs and report delivery issues or delays
- Interact with customers professionally and resolve basic delivery inquiries
- Comply with all USPS regulations, safety standards, and operational policies
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Proficiency using handheld scanners or delivery tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in mail delivery, courier, or logistics services
- Familiarity with USPS delivery protocols or similar route-based delivery operations
