Key Responsibilities
- Lead site turn-ups and First Office Application (FOA) deployments for new SMF/UPF environments.
- Perform customer and account migrations with zero service interruption.
- Develop and execute automation scripts for pre/post checks, on-air validation, and migration workflows.
- Collaborate with transport teams to integrate with Cisco/Nokia SR fabric.
- Ensure smooth handoff to operations teams and support transition to production.
- Work within approved maintenance windows, primarily during night shifts, to minimize customer impact.
- Assist with OpenStack, Kubernetes, and Helm deployments in a Linux environment.
Must-Have Skills
2 to 4 years of experience with:
- OpenStack
- Kubernetes
- Docker (including docker-compose)
- Linux system administration
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson SMF/UPF components
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals:
- -Task tracking and deadline management
- -Status reporting and stakeholder communication
