Job Title: Sr. DevOps Engineer Job Location: 100% REMOTE from anywhere in the US Salary: $140k-$180k base salary + Equity + 3 weeks PTO + Comprehensive Health Benefits + 401k Must have: 8+ years in DevOps with focus on scaling infrastructure Proven experience in implementing and maintaining service-oriented architecture principles. AWS cloud services CI/CD pipelines, using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, etc.) Experience with Agile methodology Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar Recent experience with SOC2, HIPAA compliance experience, as well as building in a healthtech or startup SaaS environment

Key Responsibilities Build and scale infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines from the ground up Implement service-oriented architecture principles across environments Translate infrastructure diagrams into scalable solutions using Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar tools Own cloud infrastructure security, IAM, networking, and monitoring Optimize AWS cost and usage with smart resource planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure needs Establish infrastructure that complies with SOC 2, HIPAA, and other healthcare standards
