Role: Spectrum, AKIPS, Stateseeker Engineer Location: Melbourne, FL (Primary) / Dallas Frisco, TX / Cary, NC Mode: Contract

Job Description

• Tools Expertise: Administer, configure and maintain AKIPS, Spectrum and Sate seeker tools
• Deep understanding of SNMP, ICMP, and network protocols.

Monitoring & Customization: Experience with device onboarding, Installing, configuring, alarm/event customization, and performance tuning. Develop and maintain monitoring policies, thresholds, and alert mechanisms, tools upgrade and platform enhancements.

• Integration Skills: Familiarity with integrations involving ServiceNow, Splunk, and CA Performance Management.
• Infrastructure Management: Capable of managing and configuring high availability setups, scaling ,backup strategies, and fault tolerance.
• Scripting & Automation: Ability to implement custom scripts and policy changes for monitoring optimization.
• Ability to lead tool upgrades/migrations and platform enhancements
• Manage Spectro Servers, OneClick servers, landscape management, and fault tolerance configurations.
• Ability to understand complex architecture and applications
• Manage Spectro Servers, OneClick servers, landscape management, and fault tolerance configurations.
• Handle device certifications, MIB imports, and custom model development.
