Indotronix is seeking a Zoho Administrator Remote position with our direct client

Position Title: Zoho Administrator

Position Location: Remote

Ability to work remotely: Yes

Acceptable time zone(s): Open to all time zones

Working Hours: 8:30-5:30 EST - flexible if a different time zone

Travel: Possibly a week a quarter - less than 10%

Days of the week: M- F 40 hours

OT: No OT, but possibility of flex time - infrequent if at all

Roles and Responsibilities

- Zoho One Administration: Manage, configure, and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all platforms. Configure and customize Zoho applications to align with business processes, including module customization, workflow automation, blueprint creation, and data management. Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

- Deluge Scripting: Strong expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting to create and manage complex automation processes. Create and maintain automation scripts using Zoho Deluge to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks.

- Automated Workflows & Blueprints: Design and implement automated workflows and blueprints to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across processes.

- Business Requirements: Work closely with department head and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, workflows, and reports within Zoho applications.

- Documentation: Work closely with department head and stakeholders to produce a data dictionary to be used as the control center for all terms, formulas, and KPI s for the organization.

Must Have Technical Skills

Managing and configuring Zoho One products, including Zoho: CRM, Desk, Sign, Projects, Sprints, Analytics, Billing, Inventory, Books, and other related applications

Flex Skills/Nice to Have

Experience with other CRM and ERP platforms, experience with programming languages, experience working with databases

Problem-Solving Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Zoho ecosystem.

Communication

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to Detail

Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in configurations, workflows, and reports.

Education/Certificates

Required bachelor's degree in a technical/analytical field, in addition to relevant work experience
