In this role, you will play a key role in driving financial success by managing accounts receivable, improving cash flow, and shaping process improvements that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll review billing statements, provide insights to leadership, and develop strategies that influence critical business metrics like margin, revenue growth, and cash flow. Review weekly and monthly billing statements, maintain a healthy AR aging report, and deliver accurate, timely reporting to Accounting and leadership.

Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk, improve cash flow, and identify opportunities for process improvements or automation within AR.

Provide insights, recommendations, and ad hoc reporting to senior management and executive leadership based on AR analysis.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

Exhibit integrity, adaptability, and collaboration, taking ownership of projects while maintaining positive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

How you will achieve success:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in an accounting/finance role, with prior exposure to accounts receivable management or financial analysis preferred.

Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

Experience driving process improvements and leveraging automation or new technologies to increase efficiency.

Fluent in Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a passion for organization, collaboration, and seeing tasks through to completion.
