Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead with empathy, fostering individual growth and team cohesion
• Conduct task reviews and provide constructive feedback and guidance
• Champions open communication and encourage team members to voice ideas, concerns, and disagreements
• Clear status reporting and “I don’t know—let’s find out” attitude
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
• Track team performance and project metrics
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all team processes

Technical & Operational Work

• Oversee/Manage GenAI workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms (prompt iteration, output QC)
• Oversee and quality checking of content production: slides, video/audio editing, subtitles
• Support student engagement and social media initiatives
• Coordinate 10+ projects with 1-2 primary active projects
• Prompting ChatGPT, reviewing content, managing automations) and lead others, improve systems, and report to the owner.

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification

• Technical aptitude and experience with, or willingness to learn, GenAI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)
• Proven ability to lead a team, including conducting quality checks and reviewing deliverables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with project management software
• Background in project coordination or team leadership (years of experience flexible based on capability)

Advantageous Skills

• Knowledge in doing e-learning contents is nice to have but not a requirement.
• Experience in using generative AI Platforms

Behavioral Skills

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Confidence in challenging ideas and providing constructive feedback across all levels of the organization

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Schedule: Flexible working schedule, Monday-Fridays- Inclusive of 1-hour break
