About the Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced Executive Team Leader Human Resources to join our team in Manhattan Beach, CA. As an Executive Team Leader HR, you'll play a critical role in leading and developing a high-performing team that's passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing HR strategies, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR Specialists and Group Leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales growth
• Develop and execute HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
• Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity, and promote a positive and respectful work environment
• Drive sales growth by analyzing sales trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to increase sales
• Develop and execute plans to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members to help them achieve their career goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
