We have an opportunity for a full-time and part-time Assistant Client Service Representative in-person position at our Brimfield Office to assist and help manage the insurance plans of our clients. Put your skills, knowledge, and energy to work making a positive impact for our clients, growing with our team, and strengthening our community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, answer and direct phone calls.
- Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing.
- Participate in our proactive account renewal process.
- Ensure that all account files are properly documented within our management system.
- Claim intake, reporting and follow up.
- Issue insurance binders and Registry documentation, to include processing EVR transactions.
- Input client-initiated policy changes.
- Collaborate and engage with all our team members to provide superior customer service.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Required-
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
- A high energy, outgoing personality, with excellent communication and technology skills.
Preferred-
- College Degree, and or Military experience.
- Insurance service or sales experience.
- Experience using Applied EPIC.
- Experience with RMV procedures and/or EVR.
