Achieve daily performance targets, including call quality, resolution times, and customer satisfaction scores. Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Comfortable using computers, airline booking software, and CRM tools. A quiet home office setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
