  • Lead operational processes and applications, adhering to guidelines, regulations, and internal controls, while leveraging your strong networking and social skills to develop and maintain fine relationships with local community organizations and nonprofits.
  • Partner with CSR to assess accredited nonprofits and identify donation opportunities, acting as the daily operational point of contact for the Disneyland Resort to participating nonprofit agencies (NPOs) and internal partners for donations requests and other program inquiries.
  • Create and manage asset availability lists, develop targeted communication, and strategically select NPOs to receive donated property, ensuring the maximum positive impact on the community and supporting our Zero Landfill initiatives.
  • Support the execution of charitable donation special events, such as auctions, distributions, and installations, and build and maintain donation data in the Cybergrants Contribution Management System (CMS).
  • Develop and maintain monitoring, tracking, and reporting tools to ensure auditable records of all property donated to NPOs, providing accurate and timely documentation and reporting for key partners, including tax, environmental, and corporate partners.
  • Gather records, design charts and metrics, and use data-driven storytelling to measure the success of the business, identifying opportunities for continued development of applications, guidelines, and processes to drive expanded impact and value.
