Software Dev Engineer II - Kforce Technology Staffing

Overview: GenAI Innovation Center is seeking experienced developers to join our innovative team building next-generation AI solutions. In this role, you will design and develop scalable systems using serverless architectures and work extensively with AWS services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in system design, hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, SageMaker, etc.), and proficiency in building RAG workloads. You will be working with Bedrock and Bedrock Agents to create AI/ML solutions, while utilizing modern development practices including Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines. Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, and TypeScript are essential, along with experience in Cloudscape Development. You will be part of a team that values innovation, technical excellence, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS: * A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 6+ years of relevant experience is required * Must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
