Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral
  • Booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on a booking system
  • Providing polite and professional telephone manner, empathizing with callers, and respecting their needs at all times
  • Working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to empathize with callers and respect their needs
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn our booking system

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

We would also prefer candidates to have:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Basic knowledge of customer service software and technology
