Role Overview

As an Entry-Level Technical Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their seamless experience with our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing troubleshooting assistance for residential and business customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving issues related to internet connectivity, email support, and other technical concerns
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your technical skills and knowledge
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows 10, 11, or macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
