Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with program management teams and external partners to standardize bordereau file formats and delivery methods. You will also oversee the management of bordereau files, track their delivery and processing, and ensure that monthly reports and aggregated data are accessible to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As a Data Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with program management teams and external MGA and TPA partners globally to standardize bordereau file formats and delivery methods
- Overseeing the management of bordereau files, tracking their delivery and processing from MGA/TPA partners
- Uploading monthly reports to data processing tools and running models to create aggregated data sets
- Ensuring that monthly reports and aggregated data are accessible to internal stakeholders
- Identifying and escalating issues, tracking production errors until resolved
- Assisting in data mapping and implementation for new programs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in P&C program management
- Strong background in database management
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
- Proficiency in Pyramid, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of data mapping and implementation processes
- Experience working with external partners and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting principles
