Job Overview: Business Analysis Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our Global Reporting team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business results by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages to senior stakeholders, including the board of directors and executive leadership team. You will also be responsible for leading and enhancing our consolidated operating margin analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive change and efficiencies through effective reporting and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to drive business results and deliver high-quality reporting packages to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Provide training, guidance, and leadership to junior team members to help them achieve business results and develop their skills and expertise.
• Work closely with senior management to present data, propose solutions, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Conduct research, including external benchmarking, and use statistical tools and scenario analysis to inform sound financial business decisions.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in reporting and analysis.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business planning.
• Proven experience in driving cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
