Job Overview and Responsibilities

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from plan members, answering questions about their pharmacy benefit plans, and providing information on medication coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and other related topics. Your goal will be to provide empathetic and professional support, ensuring that our members have a positive experience and are able to make informed decisions about their health care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound calls from plan members and providing personalized support and solutions
  • Answering questions about pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Providing information and education to plan members on their coverage options and available resources
  • Resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of member inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and resolutions

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and computer systems
