Job Summary
As an Associate Account Resolution Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the Record Goal functional area as an entry-level Record Goal Specialist. You will use your knowledge of organization products, services, policies, procedures, and Record Goal systems to communicate with delinquent clients, gather and arrange terms of repayment on outstanding account balances, and perform routine conditional tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Record Goal functional area as an entry-level Record Goal Specialist by using knowledge of organization products, services, policies, procedures, and Record Goal systems
- Apply knowledge while communicating with delinquent clients
- Look for ways to improve quality client experience by gathering and arranging terms of repayment on outstanding account balances
- Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using either an auto dialer or direct dial system to determine justification for misconduct
- Receive guidance from supervisors and escalate questions and complex issues to Record Goal specialists
- Collaborate with the Record Goal team on fundamental Record Goal-related information, as well as internal and external clients
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of Record Goal, client contact, Client support, or Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ability to listen and evoke information while exercising independent judgment to effectively identify and resolve issues
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while juggling multiple needs in a structured yet flexible and adaptable call center environment
- Ability to communicate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of colleagues and management
- Ability to meet or exceed business objectives and targets while fostering a team environment
- Ability to work effectively in a structured yet flexible and adaptable call center environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where adaptability, collaboration, and resilience are essential
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while handling phone calls
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
- Military experience in staff benefits management, processing military personnel requests or changes, wartime status operations, HR, or military recruiting
- Military knowledge or analysis experience, including operational management, project management, mission development management, and money management
- Experience working with military protocol and directions, enrolled assessments, official/authority reporting, and assistance with keeping military staff battle-ready and effective
