Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a remote Data Entry specialist. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our clients, providing product information, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and organized environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and executives, engaging with them to understand their needs and recommend suitable American Express Small Business Services (SBS) products
  • Convey in-depth product and service knowledge to communicate key features, benefits, and other essential elements of American Express Private Business Services
  • Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, addressing complaints, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a quick-moving, organized client care environment
  • Record important account data according to established policies and procedures
  • Maintain integrity by complying with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

  • At least two years of customer support experience, with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (two years+)
  • Ability to work in a speed-paced environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available

  • Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
