Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Customer Support team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Connect directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions

  • Conduct thorough investigations to determine root causes of issues and provide effective resolutions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilize virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams, to stay connected with colleagues and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a high-speed environment
  • Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and web-based systems
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the pet industry or e-commerce sector

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Technical Requirements

* A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed)

  • A wireless or tablet device for two-factor authentication through Okta Confirm
  • A reliable phone line is not required; a wireless or tablet device can be used for two-factor authentication
