About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our Virtual Customer Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and providing product recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Work with customers to understand their requirements and preferences, and make personalized product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product providers and logistics, to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing best practices and ideas to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a virtual or remote sales environment.
  • Knowledge of home merchandise products and industry trends.
  • Experience with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
