We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Licensed Insurance Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing exceptional support to customers, resolving their queries, and delivering personalized solutions. About Your Role

As a Healthcare Licensed Insurance Representative, your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, address their concerns, and provide innovative solutions. You will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, and no two days will be the same. Your role will involve:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Providing exceptional customer service through active listening and effective communication
  • Working with confidential customer information and maintaining sensitivity
  • Resolving customer issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, and understanding
  • Communicating effectively with customers, exercising retention efforts when necessary
  • Identifying customers who are comparison-shopping and assisting them with the correct price plan
  • Handling sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, and prevention planning with compassion

Qualifications and Requirements

We're looking for talented individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results. To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A valid home state Life & Health Insurance License
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • A clean and quiet workspace
