Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Certifications/Affirmations: E-commerce Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, with a strong background in providing exceptional support and solutions to customers.
• Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication, computer, and writing skills required, with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm. Ability to work an flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off.
