Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver advanced quantitative analyses and models using operations research, statistical, machine learning, product management, and programming skills to drive navigation and actions
• Utilize data engineering and programming skills to clean data, create data streams and pipelines for models to run, and deploy them to production
• Collaborate with partner teams (pricing, yield management, subsidiary, etc.) to deeply understand the issues being addressed and improve existing and create new production models and automated solutions
• Present and share the results of analyses and models with stakeholders, including upper-level management
• Work extensively in Python, SQL, or other coding languages
• Develop hypotheses to test and understand what can and cannot be inferred from the results
• Mentor and collaborate with other colleagues
• Develop and maintain code standards, participate in code reviews, and document workflows, models, and code
• Assist with reporting on an ad-hoc basis

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or other systematically focused programs is preferred. You should have prior professional experience using SQL, Python, R, or other coding languages, as well as statistical analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in airline pricing, yield or revenue management, revenue analysis, revenue systems, or a similar role is preferred
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or other systematically focused programs
