Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Packaging Strategy Lead - Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Target. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing packaging strategies that drive business growth, improve sustainability, and enhance the customer experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement packaging solutions that meet our business needs and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Packaging Strategy Lead - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing packaging strategies that drive business growth, improve sustainability, and enhance the customer experience
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement packaging solutions that meet our business needs and exceed customer expectations
• Creating and maintaining packaging documentation, including packaging specifications, artwork, and labeling
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in packaging design, materials, and processes
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Providing training and support to internal stakeholders on packaging best practices and procedures
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as packaging, engineering, or business
• 4+ years of experience in packaging or a related field, with a focus on data analysis and strategy development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with packaging software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
