Job Summary

As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our customers to troubleshoot problems, provide product guidance, and offer solutions that meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to deliver a "human-first" experience, ensuring that our customers feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their interactions with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via voice, email, chat, and other communication channels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of DoorDash products and services, including technical and customer use cases, to provide effective solutions to customer queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, and Maintenance, to increase customer engagement, drive retention, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement, share feedback, and implement changes that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of best practices in customer support, sharing expertise with colleagues to improve team performance and customer outcomes.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously, ensuring that all queries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer support for software as a service (SaaS) products, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with customer support software, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Salesforce or Tableau.
  • Certification in customer support or a related field.
