Key Responsibilities

As an Early Morning Stocker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring shelves and storage areas are stocked with the right products to meet customer demand
• Unpacking and breaking down merchandise cartons and pallets to maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Displaying advertising and pricing signs to promote products and drive sales
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in locating and selecting the best solutions for their pets
• Cleaning display cases, shelves, and aisles to maintain a clean and safe store environment

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as an Early Morning Stocker at PetSmart, you will need:

• A strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including inventory management, customer service, and store operations
• The ability to work during non-operating store hours, which may include weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment
