UPS is hiring Remote Field Service Engineers to provide advanced technical support, equipment diagnostics, and field-level coordination for UPS's logistics and technology infrastructure. This role is fully remote with periodic travel to customer or facility sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution for field-based logistics systems

Coordinate service and maintenance schedules with internal teams and external vendors

Support deployment of hardware and software upgrades

Perform system health checks and respond to alerts proactively

Serve as a technical liaison between operations, engineering, and IT

Maintain documentation for service procedures, incident logs, and equipment specs
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field

2+ years of experience in field service, equipment support, or technical diagnostics

Strong knowledge of hardware systems, sensors, and remote monitoring tools

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support or installations

U.S. residency required
Compensation

Annual Salary: $85,000 to $100,000
