Position Summary

Join FedEx as a Data Entry Associate and help us manage critical shipment records and logistics data. This remote role allows you to work independently from home while making a meaningful impact on a global logistics network.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately input and update tracking, shipping, and customer records

• Validate and verify incoming data for consistency

• Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information

• Use company-provided digital tools and systems to complete tasks
