Job Summary: UnitedHealth Group is looking for part-time Call Center Nurse RNs for a remote role based in Milwaukee, WI. This position is perfect for Registered Nurses who wish to make a difference from the comfort of their home, providing essential telehealth services. You’ll assess patient needs, provide advice, and support patient care remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic health assessments and triage patient concerns

• Deliver clinical advice based on established protocols

• Guide patients on health conditions, treatments, and medications

• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Active RN license (valid in any U.S. state)

• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience
