Your Role:
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Drive the development of next-generation products using AI/ML and collaborate with Product, Sales, Solutions, and Client Services.
- Produce roadmap presentations for and external stakeholders, guiding clients to adopt new features.
- Establish change discipline in North America for seamless adoption of new product capabilities.
- Manage updates to product documentation and collaborate globally communication impacts.
- Engage early in product development to provide input and manage business requirements documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for communication and training on product and policy changes. Solve complex challenges using innovative solutions.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making in product development using tools like Tableau and GBI (MicroStrategy).
About You:
The ideal candidate is:
- A Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, graduating in December 2025 or later.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to establish clear action plans.
- Skilled in clear and concise communication and professional judgment.
- Capable of driving deliverables to completion under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional in analytical skills, able to process and summarize data into strategic insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable about the product development life cycle through experience or education.
