About the Role

As a Part Time Associate Account Resolution Representative, you will be an integral part of the Auto Division within Buyer Loaning, supporting the Record Goal functional area as an entry-level Record Goal Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing your knowledge of company products, services, policies, and Record Goal systems to deliver top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply your knowledge while communicating with delinquent clients to resolve their concerns and provide personalized support.
• Seek opportunities to improve the quality of client experiences by gathering and organizing terms of repayment on outstanding account balances.
• Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound decisions using either an auto dialer or direct dial framework to determine the reason for delinquency.
• Receive guidance from bosses and escalate questions and complex issues to Record Goal personnel.
• Connect with the immediate Record Goal team on essential Record Goal-related information, as well as internal and external clients.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience in Record Goal, client contact, Client support, or Sales environment, or comparable experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• The ability to follow policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• The capacity to listen and evoke information while exercising independent judgment to effectively identify and resolve issues.
• The ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while adapting to multiple priorities in a structured yet flexible, adaptable, and changing call center climate.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of colleagues and management.
• The ability to meet or exceed business goals and targets while fostering a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Call center customer care experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
• Military experience in staff benefits management, handling military personnel requests or changes, wartime status operations, HR, or military recruiting is a plus.
