Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints: Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to resolve customer issues and complaints, including refunds, replacement products, or other solutions.
  • Follow up with customers: Ensure that customer issues are fully resolved by following up with customers to guarantee their satisfaction with the outcome.
  • Research and provide accurate information: Utilize available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers about our products and services.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues: Identify urgent or complex customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance metrics: Meet specific performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
  • Provide feedback to management: Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and issues to help continually improve our products and services.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members through various channels.
  • Time management skills: Ability to manage time effectively, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central: Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or chat support environment.
