Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with our OAP team to identify opportunities for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate insights to senior leaders and stakeholders. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

* Practice security-conscious approaches to handling sensitive data and procedures

• Demonstrate a team-first mindset, prioritizing the development of our team and partners
• Understand business operations and identify areas where data can inform performance or process improvements
• Find and extract data from various sources for use in assessments, models, and project development
• Apply logical techniques to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and significant trade-offs
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, identifying innovative ways to share data and insights with stakeholders
• Create and maintain automated reports, assessments, or dashboards to support senior leaders and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to become a trusted thought partner
• Support process improvement and project management for individual specialty units and cross-divisional initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to the OAP team and senior leaders
• Train and guide colleagues on various skills and topics
• Remain intellectually curious, seeking explanations for complex problems and sharing innovative ideas
• Embody a growth mindset, seeking out challenges and driving execution of plans

What We're Looking For
