Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our NPI team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions to drive business growth, improve product quality, and enhance customer experience. You will work on a wide range of projects, from data analysis and visualization to machine learning and predictive modeling, to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and files.
• Develop and deploy data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
• Build and train machine learning models to predict outcomes, identify patterns, and drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
• Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products and processes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and customers.
• Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge bases to ensure knowledge sharing and reuse across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis techniques.
• Experience with data governance and quality processes.
• Certifications in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
