Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Athletes, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. You'll work closely with internal teams, including individual stores and business partners, to provide timely and effective solutions to Athlete concerns. This is a remote opportunity with flexible weekend schedules, offering the perfect blend of work-life balance and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist Athletes with various aspects of their experiences, including product inquiries, gift card and ScoreCard issues, order placement, order status, and returns/replacements

  • Deliver first call resolution with white glove service, owning Athlete issues to the point of resolution and keeping them updated throughout the process
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve Athlete issues, escalating those requiring deeper assessment or resolution
  • Work with individual stores and internal business partners to provide support and reach resolution related to Athlete issues
  • Execute various back-office functions associated with customer inbound inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of all incident information
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related experience (retail-oriented)
  • Strong customer-service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills, with the ability to build rapport with Athletes and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge-sharing
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases, including athletes and customers with varying needs and preferences

Compensation and Benefits

The target salary range for this position is between $30,900 and $46,200, depending on experience and location. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
