The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will utilize your problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing accurate and detailed information regarding products and services. You will also assist with new customer onboarding and account setup, document and update customer records in the CRM system, and strive for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products and services
  • Assist with new customer onboarding and account setup
  • Document and update customer records in the CRM system
  • Strive for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including average handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Home office setup with a reliable internet connection
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
