  • Data Stewardship: Serve as the primary resource for Marketing Data Engineering, prioritizing medium-term asks, and shaping long-term guidance. Become the authority on data tables, communicating their availability, usage, and insights across the broader team.
  • Major Initiative Strategy Execution: Work on and influence Major Shopping Event Strategy, including collaborating with creative partners, managing timelines, and developing the learning plan for the workstream.
  • Execution Reporting for Initiatives: Normalize channel metrics, create flexible dashboards across stores/geos, design execution analyses, and draft reports. Field execution-related inquiries from MSO and Trends.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical studies, Economics, Business, or related fields with a quantitative focus.
  • 2+ years of experience in data-intensive roles or in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or strategy fields.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, advanced SQL knowledge, and Google Sheets/Excel utilization. Python skills are a plus.
  • Excellent critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills – ability to distill and convey complex ideas and influence senior-level and cross-functional partners.
  • Capacity to own and execute solutions to complex problems independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, advance quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to win together – someone who wants to see themselves and others succeed and flourish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in e-commerce or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and data management systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
