Key Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Data Entry Specialist at Delta Airlines, you will play a critical role in supporting the Fleet Common Programs team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and supporting Fleet Common Programs for all Delta Captain Leadership Program (DCLC) and Pilot Indoctrination training sessions.
• Managing the monthly instructor schedule and student roster for DCLC.
• Coordinating DCLC curriculum updates with the core instructor team.
• Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Training Development/Media Supervisor, Analytics Supervisor, and instructor team.
• Supporting in-classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot Leadership training sessions.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with pilots, instructors, and other stakeholders.
• Presenting organized briefings and leading interactive discussions, adhering to approved curricula and allocated time for each training module.
• Managing logistical aspects of classroom and training resources, including MS PowerPoint, digital documents/manuals, whiteboards, and handouts.
• Acting as a customer service-driven professional, soliciting feedback from attendees and others to improve training sessions.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Possess a high school degree, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
• Hold an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with Aircraft Multiengine Land class rating.
• Have served as a pilot at a 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air Carrier.
• Have accumulated at least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air Carrier.
• Be familiar with technology required for the role, including Apple iPad tablet, MS PowerPoint, and accessing company information, email, schedules, and meetings.
• Embrace a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles.
• Prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
