Schedule and Compensation

This is a seasonal contract opportunity that runs through April 15th, 2024. As a Customer Support Representative, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work at times that are convenient for you. The schedule is available between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday, with weekday and weekend options.

In terms of compensation, you can earn up to $19 per hour, with contractors meeting or exceeding key metrics earning on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times. Peak rates apply from January to April.
