Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Enterprise Digital Analytics (EDA) team. As a key member of our team, you'll apply advanced analytics, experimentation, causal inference, and strategic problem-solving to develop digitally empowered products at CVS Health. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate complex results to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and design data-driven solutions
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of marketing campaigns and other business initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience applying modern AI techniques to build predictive models for classification and regression problems
- 3+ years of experience using Python and SQL
- 2+ years of experience extracting insights from complex data sets and communicating results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering teams to create modeling datasets, and evaluating data quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing online experiments (A/B testing)
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and recommendations to colleagues
- Experience with causal inference and MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) techniques
- PhD in a related field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:
- Salary range: $106,605 - $206,000 per year
- Bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs
