Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our Medicare members. You'll educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues with empathy and patience. Our goal is to exceed our members' expectations and provide a positive experience that reflects our company's values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming telephone calls from Medicare members, providing compassionate and member-centric service
  • Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and efficient communication
  • Provide empathetic and patient service, ensuring that every member feels respected, heard, and valued
  • Exceed member expectations by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to apply patience and understanding in complex and emotionally charged situations
  • Adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing priorities and workflows
  • Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills, with the ability to learn and use software applications
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience required
  • Equivalent military experience considered

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience in a healthcare or related field
  • Experience working with Medicare or other government-sponsored health plans

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive pay range of $17.00 - $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and location. As a valued member of our team, you'll also receive:
