Job Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or GED with 1 year of experience in data collection, technical support, project management, data processing, system learning, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a company's environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic work environment.
  • Practical knowledge of system learning, data processing needs, and trade-offs.
  • Experience working with prototype assets.
  • Experience in research or data collection.
  • Experience with scripting languages and Unix/Linux environments is a plus.
  • A great sense of humor, a positive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills are a must.
  • Experience using MS Office, Excel, Mac OS, Confluence, JIRA, and Wiki tools.
