What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Your responsibilities will include: - Accurately entering and maintaining site database within assigned timelines - Providing clerical support for Investigator Services, including faxing documents and filing - Handling order supplies and resending report requests received by fax or email - Utilizing strong interpersonal and time management skills for effective task completion - Maintaining professional phone etiquette in the English language
What is Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you will need: - A High School diploma or equivalent - At least 6 months of customer service, administrative, or laboratory experience - Accurate data entry skills with basic to intermediate computer literacy - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Proficient in typing, filing, and basic computer operations
