Experience Required - 10+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- GWPC ACE/Specialist certification
- GWPC Hands on & Implementation experience for minimum 5+ years
- GWPC Architecture, Design, Data models and Integration
- GWPC Cloud version experience
- GWPC APD (Advanced Product Designer) experience
Non-Technical
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement the solutions and own delivery till implementation
- Architect solutions leveraging cloud-native patterns, microservices, and Guidewire's cloud features
- Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and best practice adherence.
- Stay updated on new Guidewire features and version upgrades, AI/ML, and emerging technologies
- Work with program and solution leads of customer
- Need to attend offshore calls in overlapped timings, guide and review the worked on
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Lead the team and be accountable for the delivery of the team
- Drive for results
- Be the face of the team in customer meetings
- Coach and guide team members
